Why are you moving?
It's a valid question that is for sure. We are moving for a few reasons. One, we want to be closer to our son's school. Two, 2 of my three daughters will be leaving for college in the next few years so the Mrs. and I feel it is time for a change. One that prepares us for the next phase of our life. It’s a valid question that is for sure. We are moving for a few reasons. One, we want to be closer to our son’s school. Two, 2 of my three daughters will be leaving for college in the next few years so the Mrs. and I feel it is time for a change. One that prepares us for the next phase of our life. Lastly, though we don’t have a house under contract yet we do have our eye on a home that finally has pushed us over the edge. We have had the house on the market before but never really found something that motivated us like the home we see out there now.
All that and the home buyer credit thing expires in April and let’s be honest it isn’t a bad deal.
