Honestly, if you decide to live in the 19803 zip code you just can’t go wrong. There is no other
part of the state better equipped infrastructure wise. Our home is 5 minutes from I-95. 5 minutes
from Concord Pike (Rt. 202) and another 5 from Marsh, Silverside and Foulk.

The Brandywine Hundred Library is 3 minutes away.

Rock Manor Golf course is 5 minutes away

Rockwood Park is 3 minutes down Shipley if you don’t tap your brakes

Bellevue State Park can be walked to if
you use the Green Ways our tax dollars have helped fund.

Don’t get me started on the Green Ways!!! These things are so awesome. . You can access the walking/running paths from Bellevue, Rockwood, Alapocas, the Can-Do park, The golf course, the library. You will never get bored with walking the same trail.

It goes without saying that you have your choice of supermarket. You can’t stand ACME? oh, well
try the Superfresh down the street on Marsh road. What? Too small. Head up to Giant about
8 minutes away.

Don’t forget, we are also 12 minutes (with lights) away from the Only Target in Delaware. You
will be there often. Their food prices are eh…if you ask me. Giant and Superfresh are where it
is at.

This is all assuming you want to leave the house in the spring while you are sipping a wine or
gulping a Dogfish on the deck.

And the wildlife is pretty awesome too!  This little guy was in our backyard this past summer.  Go figure, a Terrapin in North Wilmington!
